Update - Rebuilds Done

Hi Everyone,
Following on from last week's update, I wanted to let you all know that I managed to remotely re-create the builds for the missing figures (which was a more lengthy process than I had expected!), and these should be printing at the DTR factory in Millingen as I write (Monday afternoon, 4th November).
This should mean that all the missing / remaining figures should be printed by Wednesday of this week, and can then be packed and shipped to me. In order to avoid a similar situation occurring with Customs this time round, I have an EIOS number sorted which we have flagged with the Couriers (FedEx) in advance, to try and make the shipping process as trouble free as possible.
Fingers crossed therefore I should be able to ship your pledges out to you later this week (Thursday / Friday), or early next week.
Apologies again for the delay everyone - best laid plans and all that. Hopefully we are nearly there, and thank you all for your patience; I've certainly gained a few more grey hairs over the last 4-5 weeks!

Update on Fulfilment

Hi Everyone,
The missing minis have still not arrived as yet, which is quite worrying. However, I have an alternative plan which I wanted to update you all on.
I have been working with the guys at DTR to remotely access their 3d printers (travelling over to the Netherlands again is time and cost prohibitive). Using TeamViewer we spent most of last week re-creating the builds for the figures yet to arrive. I still have a few builds to complete (Team Tokens and the Gnome Illusionists mostly) and I'm hoping I can complete them this week.
That will then mean DTR can re-print those minis and re-send them to me. And if the others turn up in the interim, then I will have stock!
Apologies for the delay everyone - it's very frustrating given the lack of information, but hopefully the above will mean you will get your minis soon!

Some Minis Arrived!

Hi Everyone,
A little good news today - some of my minis cleared customs and arrived Saturday afternoon, so I am now in the process of sorting out what has arrived and what still needs to get here.
There should be enough minis to get some backer's pledges fulfilled, but only a few at this stage unfortunately; at first glance only 1 set of Trolls and 1 set of Tree Men have made it so far, and I can see that at least the Gnome Illusionists and Apothecary are still to arrive.
I will be chasing the AWOL miniatures up as of tomorrow, and will let you all know when I have a clearer picture. Apologies again for the hold-ups, but rest assured I'm endeavouring to get everything here as quickly as I can to then get sent out to you as soon as.

Hold-Up at Customs

Morning Everyone,
I was hoping to be able to update you all today to say that the Minis had arrived OK from the Netherlands and that the first batches were being mailed out to you. Unfortunately we seem to have hit a hold-up with UK Customs.
It seems Border Control / Customs can't quite get their heads around a delivery of Leprechauns, Halflings and Goblins, and so need to check what on Earth I am up to! Fingers crossed once they have opened the delivery and found it to be nothing more than Fantasy based minis, they will charge me extortionate quantities of Import Duty and VAT (thanks Brexit!) and then send them on to me early next week.
Apologies for the delay everyone, I was hoping we could avoid such a hold-up but it is not to be. As soon as the Minis arrive I'll post another update, and should be able to start shipping to you shortly thereafter. I have managed to get a couple of smaller pledges fulfilled this weekend from initial production stock, although that is very limited. The majority will follow soon.

Apothecary finished!

Hi Everyone,
Just a brief update to say the final mini of our campaign, the Hafling Apothecary, has been completed (picture below). As soon as Bob has finished a few details, this little chap will be winging his way across the Channel to the top guys at DTR ready to print, and add to the delivery of all of our other models.
Fingers crossed delivery will be this week (assuming no hold-ups with Customs) and then out to you all. I'll post again as soon as the minis arrive.
Oh, before I forget - in other news, Jamie of Serious Swag delivered all the custom dice and dice bags last night, so the final pieces are now all dropping in to place :-)
