Hi Everyone,
I wanted to post a brief update to let you all know where I am with the Leprechauns. Bob has completed the initial sculpt for the Wolverine (the Leprechaun version of the Gnome Badger) but I think he has ended up a bit too dog like, and needs to be more Badger like. But what do you guys think?
I've asked Bob to tweak the face, particularly the snout, and to make the hair look smoother overall. Once we've sorted Badger Boy, then we can get the Beastmasters done, which I'm hoping should be in July.
After that, the Illusionists should be complete August time, along with the Apothecary, and then we can start production and shipping as planned in September.
There are still a few BackerKit surveys to complete, so please do get these done as soon as you can. I want to make sure everyone gets their pledges but, if I don't have addresses for you all, that will be tricky!
It's a very hot day here in the UK (something of a rarety!) so stay cool everyone, and I'll post another update soon.

Please Complete BackerKit Surveys

Hi Everyone,
Thanks to all of you who have completed your BackerKit Surveys, and added extras to your pledges - it's hugely appreciated! We are at 88% of Surveys completed, but that leaves a few that are still outstanding.
The timeline for completing the Kickstarter Campaign is to lock orders and delivery addresses on BackerKit by the end of July, which is not that far away. Once we have locked BackerKit, we plan to start production and shipping.
Therefore, can I ask anyone who has not completed their BackerKit Survey to please do so as soon as possible, and if you know anyone who might want to late pledge, get them to do so within the next 6 weeks? If we can bring timescales forward but completing the above steps early, then we will aim to do so (subject to Bob getting the last few minis sculpted, which should be on track as at today).

Morning Everyone,
I wanted to share with you the completed sculpt for our second Gnome team 'Fox' (in our case, Irish Woldhounds). We've gone with a 'your not getting the ball back' kind of pose, which plays to their background nicely I think :-)
Bob is busy working on the 'Badger' (that is, a Wolverine in our case) and then to the Gnome players themselves, the Beastmasters and Illusionists). I'll have more updates on them as we get them completed.

DTR, Early Mornings and Test Prints

Hi Everyone,
I had a busy week last week, flying over to the Netherlands to visit the team at De Tinnen Roos, who will be producing all of our Leprechaun minis. The guys at DTR are very cool, and what they don't know about mini production is arguably not worth knowing!
We spent some long days (one 5am start!) sorting which miniatures would go on to which build plates; running test prints for quality (all of which was good after a couple of tweaks to supports) and making sure all of the STL's were present and correct for 'Harry' the Asiga 4k printer to produce. Most of that work has now been successfully completed, although Ramon still needs the Gnome STL's to include once Bob has them completed.
In other news, 82% of you have now completed your BackerKit surveys (thank you!). Once we have the final 18% complete, we can look to lock orders and finalise numbers for the DTR guys to then run the production prints. I'll keep you posted on that front. In the meantime, enjoy some pictures of the DTR factory and some test prints :-)

Gnome Update

Hi Everyone,
BackerKit Surveys have now gone out, and I think about half of you have completed these, which is great! That still leaves 50% incomplete though, so please do try and find the link to your surveys in your email folder(s), and try and fill it in as quickly as you can. Thanks!
Bob has been working away on the Gnome sculpts, and here's a wee update for you - this is Irish Wolfhound (i.e. Gnome 'Fox') number 1.
Bob is beavering away on 'Fox' number 2, and he should be ready to preview soon (he'll have a ball in his mouth and a comic pose to boot ;-))
