Production Underway!

Hi Everyone,
As mentioned last time round, I travelled once more over to see the fantastic guys at DTR (De Tinnen Roos) in the Netherlands last week, to oversee the initial production runs of our KS minis. It was a very full couple of days, as I was very much 'hands on' making sure the various builds were configured correctly and that each of the Asiga printers was utilised to there maximum capacity. Here are some pics for you!
This pic shows me running 4 print files across the Asiga production line - coming off the printers here are the Trolls, Akhorne and Coach / Sindy!
Here is where the magic happens! 5 mighty Asiga printers all in a line, printing for all they are worth! We had these guys running non-stop for 24 hours or so. Asiga printers are just amazing, awesome machines!
Prints after cleaning, sitting in a vaporisation chamber to ensure the IPA is fully evaporated....
The finished articles! In the pic you can see Trolls, Cauldron tokens, Chef, and Gobbo Secret Weapons guys.
I didn't manage to bring any of the finished figures home with me as I had hoped, as that was a bit tricky with Customs and related import duties etc., but the DTR chaps should finish printing the remaining minis this week, to then ship them to me and out to you over the following 2 weeks. Nearly there everyone!
Thanks to the guys at DTR, and I'll let you know when the first batch of minis arrives at Agema Towers, and when I can start shipping to you all.

Gnome Illusionists

Hi Everyone,
I hope you are all well. I wanted to drop you all an update on the last few minis of the Campaign that need to be sculpted before we complete production - the Gnomes!
Specifically, the Gnome Illusionists. Bob has now finalised these little Tricksters, and here they are! We need to test print these guys and make sure all the flames and intricacies of Bob's sculpting can be reproduced without any issues, and I'll show some test prints soon.
Once test prints are completed, that just leaves the Apothecary to finish. As soon as Bob completes the Apo, and we test print him, we can hit the 'Go' button on the full production run for the Gnomes - very exciting!!
I'm heading over to The Netherlands again on 3rd September to watch the guys at De Tinnen Roos complete the production of the Halfling and Goblin Team variants, and I'll post some pics again from there as our minis come off the production line. Timeline wise all is currently still going to schedule, and we should be shipping in September as planned.

Holidays Over, and Gnome Update

Hi Everyone,
I appreciate things have been a little quiet of late, as I have been away on holiday as well as having a new roof fitted to my house, which given it rains quite a lot in the UK has been a challenging balancing act!
However, I'm now back at my desk and the roof is nearly done, so it's time for a Gnome update! Bob has completed the 2 Beastmasters, and here's a render of them for you to check out:
We wanted to make these guys really look like denizens of the Forest, and so we've added beasts a-plenty to the models. My favourite is the tiny bird sitting on Beastmaster 1's bottle lip :-)
Bob is now working on the 2 Illusionists (scheduled to be complete this month) with the final mini of the Apothecary due for early September, ready for us to then print and ship.
I think now all BackerKit funds have been collected, which is great - I shall be doing a double check on that today and will reach out to anyone who looks like they are still experiencing issues.
As always guys, thanks for your comments and support. I'm looking forward to getting the final minis sculpted and then shipped to you all as Summer closes out.

BackerKit to be Finalised

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to let you all know that we will be initiating the completion / locking of orders and addresses on BackerKit this Wednesday, 24th July. On Wednesday you will receive a 48 hour notification email from BackerKit that postal address details, pre-orders and add-ons are about to be closed, giving you a final opportunity to change anything that you need to, or add any final items that you might want.
Once BackerKit is locked (Friday 26th July), your payment cards will be charged for postage and anything that you have added to your KS pledges. We will then have all final item counts, and will be gearing up the production process through August, ready to start shipping in September (so everything is going according to schedule so far).
As always, any questions please don't hesitate to email me, and please make sure you keep an eye out for the BackerKit email heading your way very soon.

Tweaks to Wolverine, and Closing of BackerKit

Morning All,
Following up on our last update, Bob has made a few tweaks to our Gnome Wolverine (Badger) and I think he looks better now. I've run a test print of him and will be looking to paint him up and show him off on here shortly. Bob is now moving on to the Beastmasters, and we should have those guys finished in the next couple of weeks.
The other point to make is that we now have all the mailing details for Backers of the Campaign. As such the BackerKit Pre-Order and Add-On page will be locked on Friday 26th July, and your payment cards will be charged shortly there-after. If you have any final Add-Ons you wish to include, or you have anyone you know who wants to jump in and Pre-Order any of our minis at KS prices, then they will need to do so before 26th July. Don't let them suffer from FOMO! ;-)
